Description
The Clubs of Cherokee Valley is a master-planned community in the temperate Blue
Ridge Mountain region of South Carolina. Its PB Dye-designed golf course has
been newly renovated and is part of a golf complex that includes the only Golf
Digest Schools teaching facility in the state.

Recent upgrades to the main clubhouse help enhance a resort-like atmosphere
throughout the community. Coming soon is a brand-new Activities Center dedicated
to fitness, recreation and cultural activities.
The Clubs’ programming desk arranges events for the entire family, including

Play golf with Blue Ridge Mountain views.
The planned Activities Center will be one of the cornerstones of community
activity. Once completed, it will house Cherokee Valley’s fitness center,
outfitted with cardio equipment as well as strength training and stretching
stations. Men’s and women’s locker rooms will offer showers, towels and
toiletries.
The center will include a swimming pool and a toddler’s pool covered by a
protective arbor. To encourage youthful talents, it will also house the
community’s Teen Club, which will include a Teen Theater and other recreational
opportunities.
Cherokee Valley offers the only Golf Digest Schools
teaching facility in the state.
Cherokee Valley has an ideal location near Greenville, S.C. and lies within easy
driving distance of Asheville, N.C. The surrounding region is rich in
recreational activities, cultural attractions, shopping, dining and more.
Along with restaurants, museums, shops, nightclubs and concert halls, Greenville
is home to professional minor-league baseball and hockey and hosts the premier
event on the Nationwide pro golf tour. Hall of Fame footballer Dan Marino is a
proud homeowner here and frequently appears in the community promotional
materials.
